What are the possible side effects of Allegra - Telfast?
The most common side effects include sleepiness, fatigue, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, or painful menstrual periods. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist if any of these occur or if you are feeling any different after starting the drug.
Other important information:
Use caution when driving or operating hazardous equipment while taking Allegra - Telfast.
