  Buy Inderal, propranolol Buy propranolol to treat hypertension, angina pectoris related to coronary artery disease, abnormally rapid heartrates (tachycardia), migraines and tremors. It is a diuretic with a usual dosage (for treatment of hypertension) of 40 mg taken orally twice daily, before meals or at bedtime. The dosage may be gradually increased to a maximum of 320 mg per day, depending on the severity of the hypertension.
