1. How do you ship?
All orders are shipped with regular mail.
We ship our products in very discrete packaging.

Sorry we do not use overnight shipping or other express shipping / courier service.
2. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes if the credit card holder’s address is the same.
3. How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within two business days. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc. Most often you will receive your products within 10-14 days after ordering.
4. How do I know when my order has been shipped out?
You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation from us when your order has been sent.
5. How do I change my order after it has been place?
Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders.

11. How is payment done?
We accept payment by credit cards noted on our front page. Order and payment confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.
The charge from 247-pharmacy.com will appear on your cardholder/bank statement as 247pharm.com8669237273. There is no excuse for not recognizing this charge. Should you have any dispute about this charge you must contact us before you contact your bank. All chargeback’s will immediately be blacklisted with us and with several Internet pharmacies as we cooperate with them to avoid any fraud attempts. Legal actions will be taken against fraudulent orders.

12. How long does it take for you to receive my payment?
All orders will be processed within 1 – 4 days.
13. How is large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is too large to fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order. Be advised that we do not sell wholesale quantities.
14. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping and handling is FREE of charge.
15. Is a signature required for shipping?
No signature is required upon delivery, since all orders are shipped with regular mail.
16. Can I buy your products through another way aside from the website?
Our services are only available through our website.
17. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
For Your own safety maximum order value accepted is $500. However, you should consult with your local FDA office regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products and quantity.
18. Do you carry any other products rather than what is shown on your website?
We only carry the products listed on our web site.
